Due to the custom, made-to-fit nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a piece has been fitted and welded.

Custom Fit Disclaimer
Permanent jewelry is sized specifically to each individual at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper fit before welding is completed. Once welded, adjustments may require removal and re-welding, which may incur an additional fee.

Repairs & Re-Welds
If your jewelry breaks or stretches, we are happy to offer re-welding services:

* Complimentary re-weld within 7 days of purchase (with proof of purchase)

* After 7 days, a small re-weld fee may apply

* Repairs for damaged chains may require replacement at an additional cost

Lost Jewelry
We are not responsible for lost jewelry. Once your piece leaves our care, it is your responsibility to maintain and protect it.

Metal Sensitivity
We use high-quality materials, but we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please inform us of any known allergies prior to your appointment.

Removal Policy
If you need to remove your jewelry (for medical procedures, travel, etc.), we recommend cutting it at the jump ring. We are happy to re-weld your original chain when you’re ready (re-weld fee may apply).

Care Instructions
To maintain the longevity of your jewelry:

* Avoid harsh chemicals (chlorine, cleaning agents, perfumes)

* Gently clean with mild soap and water

* Handle with care to prevent stretching or breakage

Pop-Up & Event Policies
Policies apply to all pop-up events and collaborations. Availability for repairs or re-welds may vary based on event scheduling.
